CBT WHEAT FUTURES START WEEK LOWER
The KCBT wheat futures market was trading lower today, following the outside markets, traders said. The Asian stock market is weaker. Commodities in general were weaker.  Decent weather and good yield reports coming out of the Spring wheat areas were also weighing on the KCBT wheat market, traders said.
Today was first notice of delivery day for the KCBT September wheat futures contract. There were no delivery intentions to report.
KC Sep wheat was 7 1/2 cents lower at $4.92 1/2 at midday.
CASH GRAIN:  The basis was steady Monday morning, with a few cars around, traders said.
